Our trial class is designed for them to participate alongside our current students, providing a real look into what our regular classes have to offer. During the trial, your child will: Warm up with fun, dynamic exercises to build fitness and coordination. Learn essential Mixed Martial Arts techniques, focusing on safety and skill development.
