Class Details
• Perfect for All Levels: Coaches get you up to speed on core boxing skills—stance, punches, defense, footwork, and low-impact partner drills—Alongside experienced athletes. Great for All Skill Levels, Pros & Beginners. • What To Bring: Wear comfortable workout clothes; you can bring boxing shoes or train barefoot. Gloves are provided. Hand wraps are available but not required. • Structured Session: Begin with a warm-up (light cardio, shadowboxing), practice boxing techniques through controlled partner drills and bag work, and end with a cooldown. • Beginners: Train at Your Own Pace; Prioritize technique and control. Monitor your intensity—know your limits— stamina will build naturally, and fatigue can sneak up on you. It's important to limit yourself while you adjust to training regularly to avoid overtraining. Results come from consistency, not immediate effort. • Speak Up: Inform coaches of injuries and ask questions. We’re here to support you, not judge you. Our classes integrate many skill levels; this community is happy to help others with less experience. • Positive, Realistic Mindset: Mistakes happen and help you progress.
